koontze @jdsim72 update on the package: I still haven't heard from the post office so I tried contacting them and filing a claim with them yesterday. I can't file a file until 7 days after shipment so I will file a claim tomorrow morning. I hope they find the package soon! This has never happened to me so I am not sure what the process is after the claim is filed. I will keep you posted. Merry Christmas! 😊

koontze @jdsim72 I submitted a claim with the USPS today. The tracking number for the package is 9405 5108 9935 9202 1070 81. I tried searching the tracking number and it still has not been scanned by the USPS. I will keep you posted. Thank you for your patience and I apologize about the inconvenience.
