mkinsinger Welcome to Poshmark! I love buying items on Poshmark that I can’t find anywhere else. priscilla79 That's awesome you like yoga! Keep on practicing, is the best thing you can do for you. Yoga helped me to ease my seasonal affective disorder due to the winters here. When I moved from the island, I struggled and still struggle with the weather. The lack of sunshine drives me crazy, but yoga always helps me! If you love it, become a teacher. We gotta spread the love and raise the planet consciousness!

Every time I go to PR I do yoga by the beach or meditate by the rain forest! Also, there's also great Ashtanga yoga studios i think.
