bellandnash Hi Brandy. Did you get any notification from USPS regarding your package? I noticed your package hasn’t arrived so I check on tracking then followed up with Posh customer service care yesterday. Posh contacted me this morning and said USPS had hard time getting the package to you and left a note but haven’t heard back. I’m so confused to what’s going on and I apologize for inconvenience.

brandyohio It was shipped in a box marked “express” and the post office shipped it “express” but tried to charge me $28.00 for the express shipment. I had two options: 1) I could pay the $28.00 or 2) I had to return the pkg to sender. (The post office was just being difficult and trying to make a point or teach us a lesson because the box said box one thing but the stamp only paid for regular mail. it was asinine.) So I had them RTS.

kazzyscloset Hi Brandy, you purchased a cream sweater today and as I was packing it, I noticed a few small holes in the back right shoulder, and some small ones in the seam of the left arm. These must have been there when I bought it; all of my clothing is kept inside of my home and it has never been worn. I apologize for this but I would feel terrible selling you this. Can you cancel the sale from your end or do I need to cancel it from mine? I feel horrible about this… Karen
