I just give them some time and see what happens. I know it's exciting to see that someone did that and you want to say something..it's really up to you if you reach out or not. I hope that helps! I did drop it off at a drop box this time. I am truly sorry for this inconvenience and for not reaching out sooner my son has been sick and I am currently in the hospital as he had surgery today but as soon as I get a chance to call the post office I will and see if I can find out anything again I am so sorry
