mytito1 @bpessier I finally figured out how to contact Posh amd have emailed them to find out how to refund you. Again, I am so sorry. I had no idea that woukd happen. Will you please repair my feedback. I have not sold one single item since you left that feedback. I sure do need it too...I am trying to make this right.

mytito1 @bpessier I contacted Poshmark, and they said that you had to contact them, that once the funds were released to me, they could not be reversed by me...only by you. They also said that only you can change that feedback. I can offer you other items for the same amount or I can give you it back with your email.

mytito1 I’m back pleading for help. Not one sell after your review. I need these sales & do sell quality items. I couldn’t wear those shoes bc of the sole design. I had NO idea they would come apart or I wouldn’t have sold them. The ONLY way to resolve this is for you to initiate the refund & change the rating. Please increase the stars & add the problem & I tried to work it out; it would show the customers the problem but I’m working to resolve it

mytito1 @bpessier Oh, my, thank you so much! This has REALLY been bothering me. I am soooo embarrassed...I will get that in the mail post-haste. I am blessed for mail outs, since I don't get out much. Since I live in a rural area, the USPS allows us to place the mail or packages in our box or order free pickup & leave the money with it. They simply return any change with a receipt the next day if I miss the total.

cristi1951 Hi Brandy, thank you for your interest in the items but today’s seven will be more than 5 lbs. Yesterday’s five were 4 lbs 4 oz I think, I can’t remember for sure. 6 lbs would be an extra $3.99. Then if it’s 7 or 8 lbs it’s a whole lot more. My things are low already and with the 10% discount, and the other amounts Poshmark wants us to offer, I don’t make very much. I don’t know what to tell you, I don’t pay for orders over 5 lbs. lee_hines @bpessier Margie - I think it would be a good idea to remove your address off of the conversation you had with mytito. Also, I was wondering, she said she hadn't had a sale since your rating about the soles falling off of some shoes. If it was on a rating, I don't think anyone but Poshmark sees those. I know I've never seen a rating,so it shouldn't affect any sales.
