tansteven1 Hi there, I purchased the red/black north face jacket from you and as I am about to give to my nephew, I noticed 4 holes in the jacket (3 in front and 1 bigger one on the hood). I guess I didn’t look close enough in the light when I received it :( I can send you pictures if you’d like.

tansteven1 @brandyhastings When I first opened it I was ecstatic as I knew my nephew would LOVE the colors. I thought it looked perfect :) but then when I was looking closer getting things ready to see him, I noticed the hood one and then noticed the 3 front ones. Would you consider some type of partial refund? I’m guessing he’ll still want it to maybe wear as more of a second jacket but I was so hoping this would be his new winter jacket for school for the rest of this winter and next :)
