@bcshannon7 if you contact posh, they can send the buyers postage paid labels to get it straightened out. Don’t do it on your own since the labels track so you can get paid, Good luck!

@bcshannon7 please don't get discouraged. First remember there is a pandemic. Many people off work or business they worked for closed. Second followers are exposure. Find posher's that have 10k or more followers. Click on their followers and follow all those you are not already following.

@janicemaryanne I was actually just doing what you suggested. I went to follow someone that had like 35k followers and I've been following everyone that follows them and so forth. one thing I think that's an issue is I go to some of these closets and there organized and every picture is beautiful. I am bad at taking photos.

Do not use stock photos if you are or have. Plain backgrounds that do not interfere or take away from your item. Accent pieces could be used to draw the eye. Take all angles of items. People like to see things like jewelry on like props to display. The more pictures the better. This is stuff I learned from looking at others posts. Don't know if it helps but I figure it can't hurt.

On clothing make sure you give all measurements. I didn't look at your description just the pics. If I am interested in something if it does not list the essentials, pit to pit, sleeve length, pants length....I pass it up

@janicemaryanne right. so I just learned how to take a photo and remove the background and make it plain white so when I have time I've been trying to go through and change all the photos. as for the jewelry i don't have props but I guess I need to get some and what is an accent piece?

@bcshannon7 doesn't it give you a suggestion for your address? I get that too but it gives me a suggested address. So glad I did not offend. Thank you for the compliment on my closet. Most of the jewelry belonged to a friend who lost his wife years ago. She was a jewelry addict and never wore 98% of what she bought.

@janicemaryanne sorry for the delayed response. my sister recently passed and my husband and I got a call asking us to take in her 4 underage children and of course we said yes. so I'm trying to adjust to our new lifestyle and hints the reason I'm trying to posh more because 4 kids is alot of money but so worth it. they are great kids. 😁

@bcshannon7 I am so, so sorry for the loss of your sister. I also lost my sister and I am still devastated even though it was a few years ago. Just something about losing your sister. I understand about the expense. Can't you apply for help thru your county? Financial? Food stamps? Help with your utilities?

@bcshannon7 hi! No bother at all. I’m sorry there’s not an option for over 10 pounds. If it is a bundle of several items, you can explain to the buyer, cancel the heavy bundle and split it up into a couple smaller bundles less than 10. If it is 1 heavy item, you’ll unfortunately have to cancel the sale as there is no shipping option for something that large. Hope that helps!

@bcshannon7 one of two things could happen: the buyer will be charged for the overage (they can refuse the package) OR Poshmark could charge your account. It depends where along the line it gets “caught” by USPS.

@teekybaby5 ma'am there we're no stains that I seen on the shorts. and I will issue you a refund for the shorts and you can try and get the stain out with drain remover or Just throw them away. I do apologise for the inconvenience this has caused but I promise you I didn't see any stains. and all you had to do is message me about the issue.
