punkiepinkies Not sure why the store would have ever advised you that those charms were not authentic, quite compelling statement made by one supposed reputable Pandora retailer while a Pandora retailer sold them to me along with 2 additional sets of them and one other best friend dangle charm set. End of October in my local mall they had a buy 3 get one free. However, the owner of my local Pandora store is a friend of 27 yrs of mine.

punkiepinkies So as a friend she offers me a huge discounted price on all her merchandise, but also to bluntly ask me to explain myself.... Wow, ive got to say that literally was quite insulting my intial thought was i do not have to nor will i explain myself. Especially on a set of charms i know are authentic... But i strive to treat all inquiries with the utmost respect whether or not the other party offers the same. Im sorry they advised u of that but unfortunately in this case i know that those are.

missmamaof3 Well of course I want an explanation!!! I never questioned the authenticity until I looked close and seen that the word “best” was halfway painted pink like the heart and KNEW pandora wouldn’t sell a mistake like that!

missmamaof3 And if by me asking you to explain why I was sold a fake charm was an insult.. I’m sorry to ruin your day. But a photo will be sent to Poshmark. It’s clear as day! How you didn’t notice before you sold it .. I have no idea. But it’s clear your sticking to your story and not trying to make things right. I don’t want my money back. I simply wanted an authentic charm. Not a good way to do business.
