raefreddy92 Hey I am so sorry, I don't know how or when it got snagged or pulled. I got it as a gift took the tags off and never wore it, it's just been hanging in my closet. If I knew it was there I would have been upfront about it, I've never had anything like this happened before and I feel awful. Again I am so sorry
