marmunger Hi Breana, I got your rating and I really am sorry the items weren't clean enough. It is the first bad rating I have received. I was in such a hurry to get them mailed out, I may have not looked them over closely enough. (My husband was waiting to take my packages to the post office!) breanasmom Martha, I sincerely apologize for my error. I had my phone app open to accept the items when I received a call. I think handling the phone during that time resulted in completing a rating that was in error. I had not noticed I had done so until reading your message. I'm not sure how to get the rating removed & complete an actual rating. I'll contact the support team for instructions. Again, I apologize for my error. 🙁 I will see to a resolution in this.
