sheilaspy @jodianner Y'know, I don't actually know! My mom has an eye for quality pieces and did a lot of thrift shopping back in the day. We've been going through her vast collection, and she gave me many pieces to sell and find good homes. Although we're Irish, we enjoy attending the Highland Games and have a love for the Scottish culture. She picked up this piece at some point, likely for use in the theatre at the time (she does props). It never had a theatrical opportunity, but that's alright. 😁
