breannamesser20 @traceyrico323 so i don’t know how to direct message you but i have a question since I’m fairly new. I had to cancel someones order because i put the wrong size and i caught it before i shipped it to her but the item is on my page saying that it is still sold how do i change that?

traceyrico323 @breannamesser20 hey np ☺️.. To direct message just create a “bundle” you can chat privately that way. .And, if the order was canceled on your end but the item is still marked sold you’ll have to make a new listing . You can use the same photos. Hope this helps 💖
