vstrassler Hi Breanne! All of your items in your bundle are washed and ready to go, it’s just that on the lighter coloured top of the Aritzia top bundle, I noticed a small cream coloured mark on the neck collar, I know it’s from foundation, and I’ve washed it twice with stain remover and it just seems to not be coming out. It’s going in to be washed for a third time, and in the event it still can’t come out, I’d like to leave the decision to you.

vstrassler Would you still want the top? It’s not that noticeable in all honesty, and it can easily be covered up if you wear a cardigan/jacket/sweater on top, or even with your hair down it would be covered. I would also like to give you the option to choose any other item in my closet to replace this item should you choose to not want it anymore, or if you would like the top and an extra item, that’s absolutely fine!

vstrassler I’m so sorry I hadn’t seen the stain earlier and disclosed this information. I think because both the top and the stain are similar light / beige colours and it’s all the way at the neck I hadn’t noticed! I’m glad I noticed before I shipped it to you though. Please let me know if any alternatives work for you, and I’d be more than happy to work out something to make sure you get complete satisfaction with your purchase! alizadehec Omg I can’t believe something was frozen 😅😣 I do steam clean them before I send but they are usually dry pretty fast after that so I’m not sure if that could have caused it. My husband lived in Winnipeg for his childhood so he also knows that winterpeg struggle 😅 anyways sorry about that girl! Hope you enjoy anyways 🎄🎁🌟
