tamaradeedee Hello I purchased a butterfly Pandora clip from you. I have two full bracelets of Pandora I did not want fakes on there. The butterfly clip is turning. I have cleaners for my bracelets trying to keep them clean I have cleaned it and it still looks turned like bronze color. I have looked for the ale mark on it and numbers nothing is there. Therefore it is not real. I am very disappointed that you said it was Pandora and it is not. Tamara

brecianye I am soo sorry I know it's marked on the inside of the clip. But as for it turning I don't understand. I bought it from a lady who I have bought charms that didn't turn so I am confused as to why it's turning on you @tamaradeedee
