amandahern I just shipped the Northface out and I did not know until right before shipping that the zipper on only one side of the jacket is messed up. I am shocked as this coat was only worn for a few months. I can offer a $10 discount once it’s delivered if you would like? Sorry for the Inconvenience.

amandahern @bnevada yes the zipper on one side does not work. I’m so sorry, I didn’t even see it as I have had it put away. I went ahead and mailed it out so just let me know when you get back in town. I have never had anything like this happen so I wanted to be sure to let you know. I definitely will offer a discount, you may have to initiate a discount from your end once you receive. Thanks.

I notified them that you were contacted to approve a discount and they told me they do not do partial refunds, so I may need to return the item all together. Sorry about all of this!

amandahern @bnevada I apologize. Policies must have changed because they offered me a discount for something I bought (last year) or gave me the option to return. The only other thing I can do is give you my phone # & I have the cash app on my cell phone and can send you the $10, but if you would change the status to purchased so the funds can come through. Let me know if I can give you my cell # & we can chat over the phone?
