I’m sorry the size was inaccurate according to your standards. You did not have to accept it. Poshmark would’ve returned your money and I would have gladly taken the coat back. I do not wear a medium or a large, so I was going by the label. Sorry about that.

I am sorry you are unhappy with your purchase, but I can assure you that purse is dark brown suede! If the bag were in fact purple, Poshmark would support a return. My listing said the INSIDE was like new and pristine, and it definitely was when it left me- if there’s damage to the purse now I would definitely be interested in seeing a photo. You got a 350$ bag for 35$- 20$ less than I was asking, I think it’s a good deal for a second hand item, can’t expect perfection at that price!

Hi, so I just received an email from poshmark saying they were unable to deliver it to your address and will resend it back to me. We have an option of shipping it out again, but it would have to be a different address. If not, they suggested I cancel and refund it.
