Hi Bree! So sorry to hear that the shoes didn’t work out for your daughter. Did you mean the shoes were too narrow? You have accepted the delivery so I thought everything was ok. You can try to contact Poshmark in your order page, where you will find a link on the bottom for customer support. Just tell them you’re new to Poshmark and didn’t know you should not accept the delivery in case there was an issue. Let me know how that goes

@bnpfaff I apologize for any inconvenience. I should have made sure all buyers aware of the return process in case there is an issue. I have reached out to Poshmark as well. I’ll let you know if I hear from them
