peachykeen_ga Hey Brenda! I I had a buyer ask to cancel an order. I thought they were the ones that had to initiate the return but, she said that it said she couldn't since she made an offer. So, I went and chose "other" and the cancel option.

peachykeen_ga Hey Brenda!! It's JennyLee again... I need your Poshmark expert help!!! I made an offer to someone yesterday and it expired. She just sent a message asking to send it again. When I go to the item, it just has an option to "view offer." When I click it, it is expired as of 3 hours ago. How can I make it where I can send it to her again? I tried just doing the "offer to likers" (not a private offer) and it won't work since it isn't less than my last offer...Please help :) Thanks! JennyLee

899ridgeview @peachykeen_ga I don’t know...you might have to contact Posh. I had a case opened on one of my sales and it has discouraged me so much. Posh decided in favor of the buyer, I didn’t try to argue about it but now I cringe whenever I ship something. Never had a problem before.
