I take pride in having a five star rating. If you never received the item you should not have accepted, you can contact Poshmark support. It started tracking on my end. I will contact them as well. This is a post office issue. I will get back with you ASAP. I’m so sorry

I just looked back at your shipping label and I don’t know if this was by mistake but the address is Jeffersonville Ohio. It is not the correct address, that’s why you’re not getting packages. Did you forget to update it possibly?

@pebbles03_04 I keep all receipts until they are delivered. I have thrown the receipt away. Poshmark has confirmation that it has been delivered. So moving forward you might want to contact them and keep in touch with your local post office. And you definitely need to update your address in the system

Just call your local post office and go into your Poshmark app and tell them that you had packages delivered to that address. They should be able to find it
