Hi Kerry, Postmark has very easy instructions that you can follow. Go to your account. On the bottom of the website page there are buttons feed,shop,sell,news the last one is your account. Tap in an go to Your Guide to Postmark, scroll down to How do I Ship my item once it's Sold and follow the instructions.
