p1lat3squ33n @helena90275 Hi Helen, I received the boots today and they are beautiful. The issue is that I ordered a 6.5 and the boots I received are a size 7. They must run big because I tired them on with a thick sock and they still are big. Please advise.

helena90275 @p1lat3squ33n They are EU37, Size 6 1/2. Zara doesn't sell size 7. The next size EU38 is a 7 1/2.

helena90275 @p1lat3squ33n You can try requesting return thru Poshmark but they don't normally allow it. if I had a size 6, I would gladly exchange it with you on our own but I dont. Sorry.

p1lat3squ33n @helena90275 The issue is that EU 7 is not a U.S. 6.5 it's more like a 7.5 or 8.

p1lat3squ33n The size I selected on your website was a 6.5. if it would have stated the boots were a EU 7, I would have definitely done my research or not purchased at all.

helena90275 @p1lat3squ33n I’m sorry it didn’t fit you. If you check out Zara’s tag, it says 6 1/2 and EU37. It is also in my description in the listing. Unfortunately Poshmark does not take returns due to size. I truly would have let you trade for a smaller size if I had one, but I don’t. Your best bet is to repost using my photos.
