ashmalin @brendatibbs65 I feel terrible! I have been in contact w Poshmark as well and not gonna lie, they are terrible at responding. No contact # for them so it’s a back n forth game! post office said they can’t track it without a tracking number & cuz it was a duplicate shipping label I had it was already previously scanned. Therefore one of my previous buyers got it and isn’t sending it back. reached out to a few and no reply. Poshmark is my only hope or I’m out the money & you’re out a bundle.

ashmalin I’m once again waiting to hear back from Poshmark. Their customer service is TERRIBLE!!! As big of a business as they are you’d think they could get a contact number or at least a few more ppl responding to emails. Once I figure this mess out I’m probably done using Poshmark. This is BS!

I have your item halfway prepared and I am having a friend print the label tomorrow and should be able to send it out by the afternoon. It seems we’ve had some scanning delays because of bad weather. I will gladly offer you any item of the same price or similar when I return from my break. I apologize as i am between housing&out of state or I would be able to access items right away to exchange it. I feel terrible It was a gift, I’m truly sorry for the mix up.
