brendaskutevik @shiapet I received the wrong size. The picture says 16/18. The post says 14/16 and I received a 12/14. Every time I go on to try to send it back it just jumps to the star rating thing. Not sure what to do.

catsweater @brendaskutevik Hi there Brenda! I got the Coach Sneakers out of stock in order to pack and they looked like they needed a little TLC... There are little scuff marks around the circumference that I can easily remove... The laces could use a wash.- Its just little stuff but it will make them look a lot better for you.................
