foreverfitco Hi Brenda. Happy to accept a return in the shoulder bag. I mailed it on Monday, I am sorry the arrival was slow, I can only imagine that is due to covid 19 issues. Some packages go without issue but others seems to be slower. I assure you I never used the bag, ever, it arrived to me just weeks ago in exact same condition from the online store I purchased from.
