I wanted to ask for some clarification on the points you had so i can try to provide a better service and product in the future. First is the ship time, I am unsure how i can make that better as i shipped the next business day, the order was on Saturday and shipped on Monday.

rambos_redos @tigersue1 I would love to hear what was lacking with the item description and cleanliness as those are areas i can work to improve. The item was new with tags so laundering it was not an option, but i didn't notice anything wrong. I sincerely hope you enjoy your item and that you will reply so that I can work to correct any issue in the future.
