I advise you to ask someone who is a posh ambassador and maybe they can explain the way to become one. I always google everything and it links me to where the info is.... you could try that as well. For me, I love it here. However I am a shopaholic so it might not be the best place for me! 😄 You will find good deals here so have fun hunting! 👍😊

Hi Brenda, I was folding the dress you purchased yesterday to mail and discovered a flaw at the seam where the fabric had come apart. I stitched it back up but didn’t want to ship without disclosing to you. I have put a picture of it on a listing on my page so you can see it. Please let me know if you want me to mail or to cancel the sale. Thanks and my apologies for not noticing this when I listed as I would have certainly disclosed it.

@cookbr08 I was not aware about the snag in the lace of the dress or I would have mentioned it. If I was aware I would have noted the problem as I have in other listings. It was NWT. I tried it on, didn’t care for it, and it’s been hanging in the closet ever since. Thank you for your review.

I have already contacted the company. I do not understand the statement about accepted v. Returned. The package arrived and I opened it. That is how I knew of the issue. Please explain.

@cookbr08 i guess the buyer has three days once they receive an item to accept or return it. If you don’t choose the return option by the third day Poshmark considers the item accepted - meaning the seller gets paid and Poshmark won’t process a return.
