Hi Brenda, just received your feedback. My apologies for any confusion but the listing specifically mentioned wear to the corner of the bag and included a picture as well. Was there other wear that I missed? I always thoroughly inspect my items before listing and, as you can see, I’ve never received lower than a 4 star rating. I sincerely hope you enjoy the bag but disappointed in the rating as that directly impacts seller score.
