elleannb Hi there! Thank you for purchasing my Sam Edelman shoes. I am so sorry but for some reason USPS will not pick up your package the last two times I requested a pickup. I am not sure why, but they keep saying they picked it up even though they did not! I will take it personally to USPS tomorrow morning on my way to work. Again, I am so sorry for the delay!

scarpisswag @brendajennin714 Hi Brenda! I wanted to let you know that I shipped your blouse on June 26th. I’m not sure why tracking hasn’t started. 😔. However, I can tell you that this has happened 2 other times and both times, the buyer received their package the same day that tracking began. The USPS in Chicago is still a little bit upside down due to COVID and other recent events. Hopefully you’ll get it soon, though. Please let me know when you receive it.
