brendaelliot232 @poshpussycat no I haven't got it from you I'm just having trouble with customer care and stuff for customer service they're not getting back in touch with me regarding the situation told me I had a certain time to send it back in which I did but I used a label from the post office instead of the label they had sent me so I don't know what's going on but thank you
