@smadman01 — hello, good morning! I just received your rating and I’m slightly confused. You purchased your sweater on a Saturday night (after 9pm- I was asleep) and I packaged up Sunday and shipped out Monday on my lunch break. I also commented that I was doing this on Sunday. I’m not sure how I can improve my responsiveness but if you could explain I’d be very thankful… especially when you wrote a sweet comment. thank you in advance.
