Hello Brenda, I was never notified by Poshmark that you were dissatisfied. And I’m pretty sure I know the reason. Check the bottom of the shoe for size. Regardless, I would like to personally refund your money. You can give me your number for Zelle? Or I can send a check. I feel just awful. Please reply. Thank you for contacting me.

I don’t know how new you are to Poshmark but the best thing you could have done was not except my delivery. Once again, I will refund your money just contact me please.

Hi Lori. Please don't feel awful. They are beautiful sandals. Maybe my feet will swell and I'll be able to wear them!! LOL I am really new to Poshmark...in fact this was my first purchase. It wouldn't let me post that the size wasn't as specified without a picture and I wasn't sure how to attach one from my phone. (I'm a tad cyber challenged!) Thank you for being so kind and accomodating. You're a beautiful lady inside and out.

@pama371 if I send you your money back I would like the shoes back as well. That’s the way a refund works- Even on Poshmark dear☺️. Poshmark would not have given you a refund based on the size. Poshmark (just so you know) Expects you to read everything in an posting. If there is a different size posted than what is on an item, they will have ASSUMED you asked the seller a question about it.

Also, read all communications that go back-and-forth between seller and other Poshers. You may have a question that someone else has already asked and received the answer to. Don’t bother the seller with duplicate questions. Poshmark also reads Messages that go back-and-forth. Sellers make mistakes in labeling their items sometimes. Thank you for understanding.
