elle9900 Hi I ordered the Mr & Mrs coffee mugs for my parents who live in a different state and your wrap job was soooo bad the Mr mugs handle is in 3 pieces! I have several pictures of it and the wrapping. One tiny piece of bubble wrap. I don’t want to have to slam you on this on Posh so tell me what you are going to do to fix this.

brennarevak @elle9900 oh my goodness I’m so sorry!!! That’s never happened before. If you are comfortable with it, I can send you a personal check by mail for a full refund including shipping. I can put it in the mail tomorrow. Otherwise if you want your money back sooner you can let Posh know. I really appreciate it and again I apologize 😢

brennarevak @elle9900 hey I saw your updated review. I honestly sent a check in the mail the day after we talked and it hasn’t cleared our account yet so I’m not sure what happened. If you want to, I can try putting another one in the mail and canceling the first Incase it was lost. I’m sorry I’m really not sure why it didn’t get to you, but I’m trying!! Otherwise, just contact posh and tell them exactly what happened. They will refund your money pretty much right away and I am totally okay with that.
