violetbren @magster001 I am out of the country and my internet access is very limited until next week that I will be back in US, that is the reason why I can not respond in a timely manner. I am so sorry about that. This item was not misrepresented at all. There's a photo showing the neck detail that you seem to have missed. I wouldn't have minded accepting the return but poshmark closed this case already in my favor and I do not know how to proceed then. Please stop harrassing me. Move on and reposh it.
