augustsunflower @tckytckytckytck Hi, I received the scarf today. Thank you for the fast shipping. Sadly, It has multiple large snags through out in addition to the one by the tag that you mentioned. How can this discrepancy be fixed?

I have a perfect 5 star rating with every single purchase and never ever sell anything other then how it's stated. I was honest about the 1 super small snag. Thus why I sold to u super in exspensive.

tckytckytckytck @augustsunflower honestly this is not worth the Hassel on a 10 dollar item.. I know it had only 1 snag. When it was shipped to u but.. Contact posh n they will file a claim to investigate ur claim.. thats all I know to tell u. And this little sale I did to help u get a item very cheep will bring my review average down from perfect 5 lower.. this sucks. I shldnt hv sold it to u. Was trying to help u out.

augustsunflower @tckytckytckytck Surely you aren't implying that I snagged the scarf after it was received. As I stated, I took pics showing 2 not so small snags, and many smaller "stretched" areas as soon as I received it. I have that scarf in two other prints from the store and the fabric on neither of those looks like the scarf you sent. I'll make it work, Thanks again!
