raulpadilla78 Hi. I recently received your 2star review and would like to know why. Did your item have no tag? I have multiple items of the same sweater you ordered and the same size. I have them bagged and ready to ship. Some items come with the original tag and some with a store tag. If you received a store tag and not happy with it you can contact poshmark to return it so the issue can get corrected. Thank you for your time and have a great day.

raulpadilla78 I guess there's nothing Poshmark can do to fix the review. Apparently they have things set in place to allow customers leave an accurate review based on their experience, however you lied on your review....

raulpadilla78 You said the item was not new with tags when the item had a tag. If your review was true and accurate I wouldn't mind the 2 stars but it's not. If it was why did you still accept the item? With that said I hope you have more integrity next time you purchase from a Posh seller since most of us work hard to build a good reputation. raulpadilla78 @brettmilbradt thank you for updating the review. I do apologize about the tag. I have 2 of the same item with different tags. The items are prepackaged and ready for shipping so I simply grabbed one of the bags and shipped it to you not thinking the tag would matter. For that I apologize. However the items I sell are new unless indicated. Thank you for your understanding and I will work on my accuracy regarding posting. Thank you.
