addievalentine Hey Brett, I can no longer comment on the thread we were on. You need to contact poshmark support and open a case for a return. They won’t let me do anything.

addievalentine @brettaridge I do, but I’ll need to relist them again and you would have to do a separate purchase. I can hold on to them until your refund is processed if you prefer to wait for that. Sorry again for all of this hassle :(

brettaridge @addievalentine would you please open a case from your side too? You need to go to sales then select ours and hit problem and inquiry and then click “shipped wrong item”

I received this back from them: At this time, however, sellers are not able to issue complete or partial refunds on their own since the item appears to have already been delivered. This process can only be carried out by a dedicated team once they review the case raised by the buyer if they decide to open one.

addievalentine If they are in contact with you, please let them know that they can reach out to us at support@poshmark.com if they have any issues with their purchase and would like to raise a complaint. We will then look at their claim and take appropriate action based on its validity.

brettaridge @addievalentine Addie this is getting out of hand I’ve payed for a Medium pair and have not received that. Poshmark is not answering and I don’t know how to resolve this. I just wanted a Medium pair and now this has been a terrible experience. What can we do because clearly Poshmark is not helping.

addievalentine @brettaridge I am so sorry. I feel horrible. I’ve never sent the wrong item before and I have tried everything on my end from the beginning to get this fixed and I’m not able to on my end. I have emailed them again this morning. Im not sure what else to do.
