Hi! I'm Bri. I've been slowly adding things to my closet when I get a spare min. I only sell items in great condition, items I'd be happy to buy myself (if they weren't already mine) for great prices. I've truly been enjoying shopping all your closets!! I will hopefully be able to get more up soon. If only so I can shop more. ;) :). My whole life is dedicated to animal rescue, its a 24\7, 365 gig that's hard on my clothes, time, and money so shopping this way with all you has been a very real God send. laciesmiles Thank you for your posting. Animals can not step up for themselves and we need to do it for them. My dogs are senior adopted. Dogs that would give my life for. We take in the ones no one else wants along with the adoptable. No one is to old to sick or to handicap we love them all! We depend on our fosters so much, with out them our fur babies wouldn't be able to adjust as well as they do. So on behalf of rescues every where THANK YOU.

wawamama I was heavily involved on rescue for about 10 years. Heart warming and heart breaking. 140+ fosters passed thru these doors in that time. Mostly chihuahuas but a few other littles as well. Now I run a sanctuary of sorts, for the oldies that never left. Im selling my closet to pay for medical stuff, mostly dentals. Kindred spirits. 💕💕💕

windairbreez @wawamama blessed be my rescue friend. As you said "as heart warming as it is heart breaking". We take on the harder cases no other rescues wants. I to have a soft spot for the old ones ( O yeah dentals are a major deal) and have a house full of the guys that don't do well outside a home setting or need extra care I know how much work and dedication it take. mixitup Heres a rant renting apartments can be difficult. So many don't take dogs or cats. They are often cheaper then pet friendly buildings. Plus so many restrictions on breeds and often you can only have 1. Then so many charge pet rent. If I owned a house Id be adopting/fostering whenever possible. The public needs to be aware kill shelters exist and try going there.

katzkoz WAY TO GO! I have six rescue fur babies....all cats. I had 13 Siberians and found homes for them all. How can someone NOT love animals? But it happens! Keep up your great work. I help with the TNR program for the local rescue lady here. Lots and lots of animal lovers here at Posh. When you do list, put your fur babies in the pictures. katzkoz @windairbreez I told you! There are A LOT of Animal lovers here on Posh! I know what you see. When I go with my friend, (and she works very hard to save them) its sickening! This guy that went to jail was so so cruel! And to his then-wife. I wont even say. But we got the creep! I have a hav-a-heart trap I use and one shelter has a grant for TNR for us, while it lasts! Its all good! I love your posts, and I am sure I can speak for the others too!

katzkoz @windairbreez no no no......that guy WAS charged with a felony!!!!! Ill tell you what the b@stard did! I was feeding a mother & her 2 kittens. He poisoned her. Found her near the dump. One kitten came to me w/head to the side. Picked her up. Whole underside, skin came off in my hand. Burned both of them. Killed two dogs. Caught him strangling one with the leash? I took pics! Wife told me everything! He was arrested w/in 1hr. Sico!

gulfportgyrl Welcome to Poshmark fellow animal lover. I had a Ragdoll cat for 22 years. Had to put him down 😭Then i waited about six months and decided to adopt from the shelter. Well my husband decided he wanted a cat too. (He was never a "cat person" til he met my Ragdoll, Sinny)😃 So we went to the shelter and a brother and sister picked us! They are precious! That was almost 3 years ago. Rascal and Layla are like yin and yang...they are inseparable. I love my babies!!😻😻❤❤

So often they are very bonded even when they dont seem to get along at times they have aways had each other to feel safe. Thank You For adopting. Just got a young man in Chicago put away for pouring boiling water over a cat. Prison Time. His first day he was sent to the emergency. In Prison they dont like Animal or Child abusers. Only Thing is we had to keep the pressure on so the authorities followed through. But now the pressure can do more.

anumah @windairbreez......true..true...California is pretty good on getting animal abusers......10 years is the length time/ minimum.....but now ...with the new law long overdue is fantastic.....many people do not k yet...but my friends love to share the news.....the same category as homicide....we have to stop worldwide...they are killing one elephant every 15 m. in ten years will be no more elephants.....is only 3 white rhinos in the world....

I am Brazilian American....so we have to work harder and harder....the good example in our country comes from the magnificent Leo DiCaprio....he gives millions of dls for conservation/ also Jon Stewart...with 4 sanctuaries for farm animals/
