aproctor13 Hi Bri, I purchased the baby brezza from you while I was pregnant and about a month ago set it up to use, but it is getting an error message and not heating the water. I have contacted the company and they are requesting proof of purchase. Would you be able to send me that by chance so that I can try to get this working? brimoore0519 @aproctor13 i will talk to my husband and get back to you tomorrow sometime he may have the receipt in an email. i will check on it for you. we were using a week before i posted it to sell and it never gave us any trouble. the bluetooth gave us heck trying to hook it to our phones but other than that it was fine. i will check and message you back tomorrow if i don’t send me another message and remind me.. 😊
