Hi Brian! I just got your review. I got those leggings from my wholesaler and not rue 21. I have proof of purchase from the wholesaler. Other sellers are selling the same exact item and are labeled boutique. These are leggings that we all received from the wholesaler and not from Rue21. Sorry you felt like it was misleading but I have sold tons of them and no one ever had an issue. Thank you for bringing it to my attention, so I can make changes. Have a good day! God bless you :)
