be_wry @jhansen79 Thank you very much for the nice welcome! I do have a question. For instance- I sold some boots and running shoes to the same person. It weighs more than 5#. Can I mail each pair in a different box and print the mailing label twice? One for each box?

jhansen79 @be_wry if it was in a bundle, you actually have to upgrade your shipping label and pay for an additional weight label and it actually comes out of your earnings. You go to sales-click on the sale you need to upgrade- then click on upgrade label- and they’ll send you a new label once you put the total weight in. If it was 2 separate transactions for the same person, definitely just use 2 boxes with 2 labels to save your earnings! Let me know if you need more help! 🤗
