Hi there! So I heard back from Poshmark, they do not do partial returns.
It appears the option to keep the shoes, is for you to start the process of return (I’ll mark that I got the shoes even though you’ll keep them). I’ll then post the shoes for $40, reserved for you then you simply re-purchase.
The other option is simply that you return the shoes.
Again I’m so sorry for the sizing issue.
