Hi Brian Welcome to Poshmark. I see you have bid on a couple of my items and I see you are new to Poshmark. When making offers I suggest offering 10-30% below the asking price. Low balling is frowned upon and it depends on the seller. I deal in high end clothes and I am not a discounter. I do not deal in thrift items. I hope this heals your experience… Dean
