brianmillender @namas_clothes yeah thanks for the warm welcome does anything on the site actually work or the real consumers or is everyone a scammer? I finally made what looks like a legitimate sale. I’m trying to input my phone number to get the code and then there’s a message saying I have too many accounts associated with this phone number. Does anything on this site actually work please advise. Thank you so much.

namas_clothes @brianmillender I'm confused, why would you have to input your phone number? When you make a sale, PM sends you the label, then you ship. Go to Poshmark Support from the sale and put in your info and you should get an email from support. Keep in mind, support is located in Ca and there is a long wait for a response. By chance did you go off site to get the sale?

namas_clothes @brianmillender I think you messaged the wrong person, I didn't purchase shoes from you. If you go to your Sales page, you will see a place to message your buyers. This is where you want to converse with your customers and prevent this type of mistake. Have a great 4th of July!

namas_clothes @brianmillender FYI, once the order is delivered, the customer has 3 days from delivery to file a claim, after 3 days your funds are automatically posted to your account even if customer doesn't accept the order.
