cchristinet3 Hi Arielle. I received the Tory shoes today (thank you for shipping them so quickly) but unfortunately they aren't a size 8. I couldn't figure out why they were way too small so I went to the Tory Burch website to see their size conversion and a 38 is actually a US size 7. Can I please return these to you? It breaks my heart because I love them but they are way to small.

cchristinet3 @arielleangele Poshmark isn't working with me on this return. Not only are they not a true size 8 (they also measure 9.5 inches which is smaller than your photo) but the emblem is peeling which makes me question the authenticity. I would like to ask that you take these shoes back and issue me a refund outside of the app in good faith.

the_birts @cchristinet3 Hi Corrie. I'm so sorry that the shoes just didn't workout for you. I know that exact feeling. When Poshmark reviews the cases, they take into consideration all factors and unfortunately did not side with you. I know their FQA they have said that if the size didn't fit, then that is not a reason they would accept the return.

the_birts @cchristinet3 So I know you asked if I could return them off Poshmark but I am not comfortable do any type of transaction off Poshmark. Poshmark is a secure and easy was to interact and sell to people. Anything off the this app is susceptible to go wrong and would be a major liability for me.

the_birts @cchristinet3 The best thing that I can tell you to do in order to get your money back is reselling them on Poshmark. I sold them to you for a really good price. I got lots of action with the competitive price I put and you were able to get them. I am sure that you can even get more money for them than what you paid. They were never worn in brand new condition!

cchristinet3 @arielleangele I'm not comfortable selling shoes that have the Tory Burch emblem peeling apart and are listed as a 38/8 when they don't even fit a size 7. I also don't believe they are authentic Tory Burch shoes. I'd like you to take them back as a return.

cchristinet3 Also, the only reason they said no to the return was because it was sold based off the sizing and you listed them as a 38 and the shoes say 38. I hadn't noticed the peeling of the emblem or bothered to measure them myself at that point. I wish I would have because the pictures where I measured them myself clearly show they at 9.5 inches and they are peeling apart. I took them to the Tory Burch store to compare sizing and the workers told me my shoes weren't even authentic.

stuckinmyhead Hi there, can you please let me know how your interactions with abyselene have gone. I went to her profile after she purchased an item from me and you were messaging her. I am asking because she made an offer that I accepted, I shipped the item and she contacted me to cancel it. Poshmark is showing the order was in fact canceled and I was never once notified. I am out my item and possibly the money as well and I'm not sure what to think or do at the moment. Any insight is appreciated.
