kpangus @katyfuller76 hi, I found a YouTube video that might help - at around the 1 minute mark, he clasps the watch using the latch under the piece stamped with Movado: https://youtu.be/Cw8YnptyT1s To open it you gently pull to detach. Please let me know if you experience any issues. Thank you!

kpangus @katyfuller76 I’m so sorry! Before I said to pull gently to open, but I meant push down on the little metal piece sticking out to see if it will detach.
