It is going to poshmark headquarters to be authenticated in California. I put in the box the paperwork of the ring - comes with a lifetime insurance which is transferable. ( I work for kay Jewelers locally) when you receive your ring take it to a local kays to get resized to fit your needs.😊 Its such a beautiful ring, you are going to love it!!

carminemarcy Hey 😁 Good news! The ring has been authentic and real. Yay!! But u see they msged us saying its missing a diamond - i packaged it will it missing no diamond. I even have pictures to show - this is why I take photos if each transaction. But also good news with that ring it comes with a life time meaning they (KAY JEWELERS) will take care if the missing diamond. Since I work at kay Jewelers I

carminemarcy at kay Jewelers I personally checked each diamond and prong. All was in good condition- best guess they messed with my packaging and lost the side diamond on the band.

carminemarcy @brianafaith7 Yes, that's all you have to do. They will add that ring into your jewelry box and they can even size it to your size that u might need. But yes they will take care of the missjng diamond - no charge at all. I have the paperwork with the ring😁
