jlwitty @bri6582 Hello. Can you please advise if you have received notification from Poshmark about returning the shoes, that you received in error. Your pitcher is on the way to you. The person that purchased the shoes would also like her item. If you could please box them up and use the label that Poshmark has provided and deliver them to the post office. That would be great. Thanks!

bri6582 @jlwitty the package arrived just now and I haven’t opened it but the pitcher is shattered. The other buyer must have thrown it in with no packing. It is in many pieces. How do I get a refund.

jlwitty yes of course. When you pull up the order for your purchase there should be a link that states problems. If you click on that, you can report the damage and Poshmark will provide you with your refund. They may want you to open it and take pictures of the damage.
