ecovil Hello, I made a purchase of a white off-the-shoulder dress from H&M from you. Unfortunately when I receive the dress it had 5 small blemishes, which include 5 brown stains. Although the dress appears to be new, it was not provided in the description when I made the purchase. Unfortunately, as a result I have put in a dispute on this order

megsmcgee Hi I bought some sandals from you last month. There was a mix up on the sizes and I returned them and you sent the correct size. I just received the ones I sent you back in the mail. They were either sent to the wrong address or never picked up.
