butterflyrae Hi Briana, How are you? I just read my ration the glasses, and was highly disappointed, I take pride in my items, I package them well, and send them out promptly, how were the glasses broken?

briannaj8 There was a missing nose pad. It was no where in the description or pictures that it was missing. I was actually going to send them back but I missed the chance to. I was actually disappointed too. This was my first item bought on poshmark and I was excited then bummed out.

butterflyrae @briannaj8 I inspected the glasses before they went out and put them in the yellow case, I would appreciate it if you took pictures to show me where they are broken, bc I am a disabled mom

butterflyrae @briannaj8 of 3 children, and this is a job and livelihood for me, the ratings are based on packaging, promptness, presentation, and the item itself , so until you can show me where I knew they were broken, bc if they were, I wasn't set, so it's not fair to rate me
