asavage01 I'm sorry for the delay.. I think it's because our town was declared in a state of emergency due to a tornado ripping through this past Saturday. Although, I mailed it out way before that?? Maybe Holiday hold up.. I'm not sure. But I believe I gave you an excellent (40$) steal deal for the itzy ritzy bag.. to get 3 stars??. I will not be doing business with you from now. sillysmiles97 @asavage01 I am sorry to hear that you may have been effected by the recent tornado. My review on our transaction is not out of any bitterness, I assure you! It was in fact a great price. However the time stamps indicate there was a multiple day delay on shipping in the beginning, combined with transport delays that were out of your control.

sillysmiles97 As I also mentioned, the item was poorly protected and secured in the large shipping box and could have been easily damaged in transit. The combination of the delayed shipping, poor packaging, and the green poop stains on the changing pad contributed to an average review on an average purchase experience.
